Do you have a store ?
Currently we are online store only you can order from our website and your order will be delivered to your doorstep .
How long does it take to receive my order?
it takes 3_7 working days to receive your order.
How can i check your products live?
We don't have a store, but we always participate in different exhibitions and bazars. We announce about them on our instagram page .
Do you offer customized products?
no we only sell our own products with our designs.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
cash on delivery.
Can I get a full refund?
Yes you can request a refund for your product within 14 days from the purchase day but the delivery fees are non refundable .
I can’t find my original receipt. What should I do?
The receipt is necessary if you want to exchange or refund your product without it we can't complete the refund process .
What is your exchange & refund policy?
• You can check the product while the courier
is there and decide on the spot whether
you will take it or not, in case you
decided not to take it, you will pay
the delivery fees only
• After that we have 14 days refund and
exchange policy available, To be eligible to
refund or exchange the product must be
in the same condition that you received it,
unused and in its original packaging
• Delivery fees are non refundable if you
decided to exchange or refund within the
14 days you will pay the delivery fees again
• To exchange or refund please send us a real
photo for the current product you have
