Exchange & Refund Policy

𝗭𝗔𝗞 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆
* Order check at delivery — refusal means delivery fees only
* There is no partial delivery — either accept the whole order or return all items
* Sending multiple options to choose from is not available
* Partial exchange requests require creating a separate new order
* 14-day exchange & refund for unused items in original packaging
* Delivery fees non-refundable (except for defective items)
* Refund process: The courier will pick up the order → after warehouse inspection, the refund is sent via Vodafone Cash / InstaPay. Delivery fees are deducted. Refund takes 7–10 working days
* If the item is returned without its original dust bag, 50 EGP will be deducted from the refunded amount

* Free cancellation within 12 hours of order confirmation
* After shipping, cancellation is not free and delivery fees must be paid if the order is refused

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع – ZAK
فحص الطلب عند الاستلام — الرفض يعني دفع الشحن فقط*
لا يوجد استلام جزئي للطلب — يتم استلام الطلب كاملًا أو إرجاعه بالكامل*
 لا يمكن إرسال أكثر من اختيار لنفس المنتج للاختيار بينهم*
 في حالة طلب استبدال منتج من طلب يحتوي على عدة منتجات يتم إنشاء طلب جديد منفصل*
استبدال أو استرجاع خلال 14 يوم للمنتج غير المستخدم وبـ تغليفه الأصلي*
رسوم الشحن غير مستردة (إلا في حالة عيب مصنعي)*
 خطوات الاسترجاع يتم استلام الطلب من خلال مندوب → فحصه في المخزن → تحويل المبلغ عبر فودافون كاش / إنستاباي بعد خصم رسوم الشحن. مدة الاسترجاع 7–10 أيام عمل
 في حالة رجوع المنتج بدون الداست باج الأصلية يتم خصم 50 جنيه من مبلغ الاسترجاع*

بعد الشحن لا يمكن الإلغاء مجانًا، وفي حالة رفض الاستلام يتم دفع رسوم الشحن كاملة*
