Exchange & Refund Policy

𝗭𝗔𝗞 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆

* Order inspection is available upon delivery in the presence of the courier. If the order is refused, only the shipping fees will be charged.
* Partial acceptance of orders is not available — the order must be either fully accepted or fully returned.
* Exchanges or returns are available within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging included.
* Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
* Exchanges are only available within one month in cases of manufacturing defects.

Return Process

The order will be collected by the shipping courier. Once the returned order arrives at our headquarters, it will be inspected by our Quality Control team to ensure that it meets the return conditions. The refund will then be transferred via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay after deducting the original shipping fees, in addition to the return shipping fees.

Return processing time: 7 to 10 business days.

* Orders paid by bank card will be refunded to the same card within 14 business days, according to the bank’s policies.
* If the product is returned without the original Dust Bag, 50 EGP will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

* Cancellation is free within 12 hours of order confirmation.
* Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer free. If delivery is refused, full shipping fees will apply.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع – ZAK

* متاح معاينة الطلب في وجود المندوب، وفي حالة رفض الاستلام يتم دفع رسوم الشحن فقط
* لا يوجد استلام جزئي للطلب — يتم استلام الطلب كاملًا أو إرجاعه بالكامل
* الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يوم من استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية مع التغليف كاملًا
* رسوم الشحن غير مستردة، إلا في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي 
* متاح الاستبدال فقط خلال شهر في حالة وجود عيب صناعي

خطوات الاسترجاع:
يتم استلام الطلب من خلال مندوب الشحن، وبعد رجوع الأوردر لمقر الشركة يتم فحص المنتج من خلال قسم الجودة للتأكد من حالته ومطابقته لشروط الاسترجاع ثم يتم  تحويل المبلغ عبر فودافون كاش أو إنستاباي بعد خصم رسوم الشحن الخاصة بإرسال الطلب، بالإضافة إلى رسوم شحن استلام المرتجع
مدة الاسترجاع: من 7 إلى 10 أيام عمل.

* الطلبات المدفوعة بالكروت البنكية يتم رد المبلغ على نفس البطاقة خلال 14 يوم عمل، وفقًا لسياسات البنك 
* في حالة رجوع المنتج بدون الـ Dust Bag الأصلية، يتم خصم 50 جنيه من مبلغ الاسترجاع
